The Scrambler has its roots in the Californian Desert Races of the 1960’s. Steve McQueen famously raced a Triumph “Desert Sled” Scrambler. The name gives a hint to its inception. Scramblers initially needed to get from Point A to Point B fast with high regard to speed and little to rules. Visions of ‘scrambling’ from one point to another come to mind. Scramblers by their nature, are an all terrain ride.
