Return & Exchange Policy – How do I return or exchange my items?

We accept returns/exchanges within 90 days after receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be free from scratches & damage.
  • Return postage will be paid by the buyer, and BarCraft will pay for the delivery of new replacement items (within Australia) in the event of an exchange. International customers will need to pay for shipping both ways.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the returned order.
  • Items must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.

Returns outside of this period will be accepted at the discretion of BarCraft Handlebars.

Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Simply get in touch via the Contact Us page and request a return or exchange. Return information will be emailed to you.

⦁ Items(s) returning
⦁ Reason for return; refund or exchange. If the item is faulty please provide details why
⦁ If you would like to exchange your item please let us know which replacement you would like

Once our service team has reviewed your request, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to return your items to BarCraft.

All refund requests will be credited back to the original payment method used. Please note that if a gift card is used on the order, refund will be provided as store credit valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We do monitor the number of returns by customers and continued returns will be flagged.

You can exchange an item for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are subject to the stock availability at the time of receipt of return order. Buyer is to pay for return postage.

Will I receive a full refund?

You will receive a full refund for items returned within the 90 day return period. All products must be in new & undamaged condition.

Important information

We try to ensure that we display as accurately as possible our products colour and shape including specific dimensions to help you choose the right product.
All items are quality control checked for faults and damage before they are dispatched to customers. If you do receive a item that has been damaged please get in touch.
