Shipping policy
Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 10am AEST will be shipped that day, otherwise they will be shipped on the next dispatch day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Australia:
Orders over $100: FREE Standard, $7.90 Express
Orders under $100: $10 Standard, $15 Express
International Shipping Rates
New Zealand:
$20AUD Standard, $40AUD Express
World Wide:
$40AUD standard, $60AUD Express
Please note that we cannot currently ship to the USA.
Please note that refunds for change of mind can not be given on International orders.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BarCraft Handlebars is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local delivery
Unfortunately we do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
Unfortunately we do not offer in-store pickup.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales.barcraft@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. You are best to use a physical address wherever possible.
COVID-19
Dear Customers,
Please note that due to the COVID-19 and its impact on the supply chain, delivery times may vary due to the additional demand on postal and shipping services.
All deliveries, including delivery of Express Post orders may be delayed. Please expect delays in estimated delivery times and customer service response from delivery providers.
We’re doing everything possible to process all orders in a timely manner. However, shipping delays during this global pandemic are unfortunately out of our control.
