The Cholo
The best way to describe a Cholo is to say it is like a ‘burger with the lot’. Imagine the best tasting burger in town that’s got everything in it. That’s a Cholo Custom Ride. The term has its roots in the Hispanic culture in the USA. Some online sources also refer to it as ‘Gangster’ style. The Bobber
The Bobber came before the Chopper when original motorcycles were ‘Bobbed’ to lighten their load and various parts of the ride were removed to achieve this.The Bobber has its origins in the 1930’s and was an evolution of the 1920’s ‘Cut-down’.Some of our favourite handlebars for a custom bobber are Beach Bars, Westerns, Buckhorns or Ape Hangers. The Club Style
As the name suggests, the ‘Club’ style has its origins in the club culture of motorcycle enthusiasts. Motorcycle clubs grew in popularity at the end of World War 2. Members wanted to preserve and continue the comradeship of Veterans from the War.
